Pang Deliang, male, born in 1965, from Liuhe, Jilin Province, professor, doctoral supervisor, member of the Decision Advisory Committee of the Jilin Provincial Committee and Provincial People's Government of the Communist Party of China, vice president of the National Japanese Economic Association, deputy secretary general of the Chinese Society of Japan, Jilin Province Vice President of the Society of Finance, Editor-in-Chief of "Modern Japanese Economy" (CSSCI) magazine.

Professor Pang Deliang graduated from the Department of Planning and Statistics of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in July 1987 with a bachelor's degree in economics. In 1992, he graduated from the Japan Research Institute of Jilin University with a master's degree in economics. In 1999, he graduated from the School of Economics of Jilin University with a doctorate degree in economics. From 1987 to 1990, he worked as a teaching assistant in Jilin Higher School of Finance and Taxation. Since 1993, he has worked in the Institute of Japan of Jilin University and the Northeast Asian Studies College of Jilin University, serving as an assistant, lecturer, associate professor, and professor respectively. During the period, from 1996 to 1997, he served as a special researcher of Kansai Gakuin University, Japan, and from 2004 to 2005, he was a special researcher of the Japan International Exchange Fund. From 2012 to 2020, he served as the vice president of Northeast Asian Studies College.

Professor Pang Deliang has devoted himself to the research of Japanese economy for a long time, and has participated in international academic conferences and published conference papers in Japan and other countries for many times. Published more than 50 academic papers in journals such as "World Economy", "Japanese Journal", "Modern Japanese Economy", "Northeast Asian Forum", and hosted "New Changes in China-Japan-Korea Relations and Regional Cooperation Strategies" and other provincial and ministerial important and key points There are more than 10 projects, more than 20 horizontal topics, and more than 20 research reports submitted have been adopted by relevant state departments and received affirmative approval from provincial and ministerial leaders. Organized and authored a series of Japanese studies such as "National Policy Transition and the Future of Japan".
